Premium Services
Ceremony
(Included in all Packages)
This is your ceremony in its entirety. The groom will be wearing a wireless mic and an additional mic will be placed strategically for ambient sounds. Please note: many churches have specific guidelines for videographer and camera placement. We will work with your wedding planner/coordinator to adhere to these guidelines and try to achieve the best possible placement for our camera(s). This will be a separate menu option on your DVD.
Reception
(Included in all Packages)
Whether you are planning a small reception at the church, an elegant dinner or the party-to-end-all-parties, we will be there to capture all the magic. We will capture introductions, first dances, cutting of your cakes and all of the fun as you enjoy your family, friends and guests. This will be a separate menu option on your DVD. See package options for location details and total coverage times.
Photo Session
(Varies by Package)
We will unobtrusively film in the background while your photographer takes the posed group pictures. This coverage is usually included in your Pre-Ceremony Highlights video. Due to time considerations, Package A only includes photos taken AFTER the wedding. If you plan to do your pictures before, please consider Package B or above, or adding extra hours.
Bride & Groom Meeting Pre-Ceremony
(Optional - Included in Packages B, C)
We will be there to capture this once-in-a-lifetime moment when he sees his lovely bride for the first time on the wedding day. This will either be a separate menu option on your DVD or included in the Pre-Ceremony Highlights Video
Candid Interviews With Members of Wedding Party
(Included in Packages B, C)
Before the ceremony and during the reception we will be making the rounds to “interview” the members of your wedding party. This is usually an intimate, humorous and insightful glimpse at your special day through the eyes of your closest friends and family. This will either be a separate menu option on your DVD or included in the Pre-Ceremony Highlights Video.
Growing Up/Dating Photo Montage
(Included in Package C - also available separately for an additional fee)
This “video scrapbook” is about five to seven minutes in length and is typically shown at the rehearsal dinner or reception. We set up to 40 of your favorite photos (that you provide on a CD) to music using custom transitions and effects. You may have some favorite music that you want us to use, or you may allow us to choose music that fits the personality of your photos. This will be a separate menu option on your DVD. Additional Fees may apply if you are unable to provide digital photos.
Bridal Room
(Optional - Only Available with Package C)
This is a very special time during your wedding day. Let us capture the intimate moments when you are getting all the attention you so richly deserve (gown, veil, garter, makeup, bridesmaids, shoes, etc.). This video element is, of course, tastefully shot and edited. This will either be a separate menu option on your DVD or included in the Pre-Ceremony Highlights Video.
“Our Story” Interview with Bride and Groom
(Optional - additional $400 fee)
Take the Rehearsal Dinner slideshow to a whole new level. You have a special story of your romance: how you met, where your first date was, where and when you got engaged, etc. Let us capture that story forever in a “documentary” style interview video. This creative feature will be filmed prior to the wedding day at a prearranged location. This will be a separate menu option on your DVD.
Rehearsal and/or Dinner Coverage
(Optional - additional $150 fee)
We will join you for the rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner to capture the excitement as your dearest friends and family come together to celebrate and prepare for the big day. This will be a separate menu option on your DVD.
Honeymoon Photo Montage
(Included in Package C - also available separately for an additional $150 fee)
Pick up to 50 of your favorite honeymoon photos and let us create a special video scrapbook. This will be a separate menu option on your DVD, set to music.
